In response to the W.S.I.S event that will take place in Tunis and considering the importance of Tunisian women as effective members in the information Society, The U.N.F.T has set a plan which aims at raising awareness among women from different walks of life, about the importance of I.C.T, training them to master the information technologies.

Thanks to its presence in its different structures all over Tunisia, The U.N.F.T has always encouraged women to acquire the necessary skills and competencies.
It also helped women, on all occasions, to enter the information society and to understand the existing relationship between knowledge and economic development.

In the field of I.C.T and through its different activities, the U.N.F.T has set objectives which aim at reinforcing women’s role in mastering new technologies as well as in innovation, creation and creativity, so as to participate effectively in the development process.
